Fact finding

We spend time understanding your business; its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. After that, we give you an indicative outsourcing quote, or we tell you that we don’t think outsourcing would help you.

Detailed scoping (the devil is in the detail)

We give you a total cost for now and for the future, including all intangibles: people; composite skills such as expert VAT advice, technology and space/infrastructure. You’ll also get a table of responsibilities and outputs that forms the basis of your Service Level Agreement (SLA). After discussion of any risks or barriers, we agree a timetable with you that contain your key deadlines.

The business case

We work with you to design a tailored solution and an appropriate pricing model, including variation and scalability. Your SLA gives you concrete measurables and ‘what if’ agreements. All of this comes in a concise summary that shows how you can expect profits, management decisions and business understanding to improve.

Handover is carefully controlled once you’ve signed up. Then you’ll work with a dedicated client service delivery team and have access to experts as you need them. Regular review meetings will keep you in the picture and we work continuously with you to make improvements as we go.
