RSM Tenon has a wide range of experience in dealing with international groups of companies, both as principal auditor and auditor of subsidiary companies. We currently have clients operating in a number of overseas jurisdictions including the USA, Japan and throughout Europe. We are therefore experienced in responding to the needs of our international clients and the auditors of their non-UK operations in a timely and effective manner.

As our audit approach is based on the requirements of International Standards of Auditing we conduct our work to the highest professional standards. We also adopt the ethical standards of the Auditing Practices Board in the United Kingdom which ensures that our independence is not threatened by conflicts of interest or the provision of services to clients that would be incompatible with our role as auditor.

Many of our audit clients adopt International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and we assist many non audit clients in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with those Standards. We have extensive experience of assisting clients in converting their financial statements from their local financial reporting standards to IFRS.
