We have been providing outsourcing solutions for over 10 years cutting our teeth on early entrants to the UK and EMEA, helping many grow from just 1 or 2 employees through to acquisition or IPO.

We employ experienced staff who are used to dealing with international companies. Our international team use Microsoft Great Plains (MGP) as our accounting platform. 'Chart of accounts' are tailored to each client and based on the reporting requirements of the relevant jurisdiction e.g. UK or US GAAP and latterly IFRS. Multi currency reporting is key and at present we report in over 20 different currencies.
We provide flexible solutions and if required we can dial in to a clients accounting system or provide an upload file from MGP for integration into the parent accounting system. We regularly provide management reports in local currencies and can provide one reporting pack, which consolidates, for example, your EMEA operation.
We have a culture of 'fast close' and currently have clients who close up to 5 days before month end. Most international clients are closed within 6 days of month end.
Most of our international clients are audited by the 'Big 4' and we regularly have auditors on our premises. We will liaise with your auditors and present them with a quality audit file at the year-end or at other times when requested e.g. internal audits, s404 audits etc.
Because of the demands placed on us by our international clients, our controls and procedures are well established and of proven quality (we are working with our quoted clients to ensure compliance with s404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act).
As Tenon Outsourcing is a division of Tenon plc we have immediate access to the technical resources of the Group, which includes expertise in international tax, VAT and technical compliance, assurance and risk management (including Sarbanes Oxley compliance work).
