Tenon Recovery acquires Haines Watts Business Recovery

The New Year has started positively with the acquisition of Haines Watts Business Recovery. This business operates from 7 offices and represents a perfect geographical fit with representation in Birmingham, Worcester, Leeds, London, Manchester, Sheffield and Southend. We are joined by an additional 130 experienced staff operating in both the corporate and consumer sectors.

Our enlarged Recovery business now offers:

  • > 32 offices across the UK
  • > 450 quality staff led by 43 directors
  • > Second largest corporate appointment taker
  • > Specialist due diligence and IBR team
  • > Forensic accounting and IT investigation
  • > Dedicated collections department
  • > Creditors meeting team
  • > Consumer debt division

2008 is likely to be a challenging year for many SME’s and we are well positioned to provide them with turnaround, restructuring and recovery advice and support.

Labour, energy, transport and telecom costs are rising and although base rate remains unchanged for now, the credit crunch is causing Banks and Asset-Based Lenders to review lending covenants, supporting security and pricing.
