Robert Kidson, Corporate Finance Director joins Tenon
Tenon leading business advisers to entrepreneurs has appointed Robert Kidson as Corporate Finance Director in their London office. Robert brings with him a significant amount of knowledge and experience, his most recent role having been at Smith & Williamson where he spent 15 years, 5 of which were as Head of Corporate Finance. Whilst his breadth of knowledge is wide-ranging, Robert’s knowledge is coupled with a strong reputation in the media sector where he has experience of mergers and acquisitions, AIM listed companies and fund raising. Robert will perform the role of Lead Advisor which further builds on the Transaction Services offering that was launched in London in September 2007.
